What age and height is the VELANO Vento 360° for?
The seat is designed for children from 40 to 150 cm tall, roughly from birth to about 12 years, with a maximum weight of 36 kg. Its three installation modes cover all of these stages in a single purchase.
Can I install it forward-facing from birth?
No. Newborns and infants travel rear-facing (40–105 cm), which is the safest position. You should only turn your child to face forward once they have reached 15 months of age.
How does the seat attach to the car?
In the 40–105 cm and 76–105 cm modes the seat installs with ISOFIX, the support leg and its internal 5-point harness. In booster mode (100–150 cm) it uses the car's standard 3-point seat belt, or a 3-point belt together with ISOFIX.
Why does it rotate 360°?
The rotating mechanism lets you swivel the seat toward the car door to lift your child in or out easily, then lock it back into the rear- or forward-facing position. It saves a lot of time and strain on your back every day.
How do I care for the cover?
The cover comes off and can be washed in water up to 30 °C. Avoid bleach, do not iron it, and dry the fabric flat in a cool spot, away from direct sun or a radiator.
