Velano Foldable Bathtub
A folding baby bath with a built-in thermometer: suitable from birth, and it folds down to just 10 cm high after bath time.
Description
Velano Foldable Bathtub, Sky is a folding baby bath for bathing your little one from birth — and it takes up almost no space afterwards. Unfolded, it measures 81 × 50 × 23 cm; folded, it is just 10 cm high, so you can stand it behind a door, slide it into a cupboard or take it with you on a trip.
The Velano Foldable Bathtub has a built-in thermometer that helps you monitor the water temperature during bath time. The bath stands on two folding supports, weighs 1.8 kg and is made of polypropylene — a plastic that is easy to wash and wipe dry. Sky is a light blue.

When a folding bath really helps
A folding bath comes into its own where there is nowhere to keep a regular one: in a small bathroom, a rented flat, a summer house or at grandma’s. Before bath time, unfold it on a flat, stable surface; afterwards, drain the water, wipe the bath dry, fold it and put it away until next time. That way it does not clutter the bathroom between baths.

Care
- After each bath, drain the water, rinse the bath with clean water and wipe it dry with a soft cloth.
- Fold the bath only when it is dry, so moisture does not collect in the folds.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, stiff brushes or solvents: they scratch and damage the plastic.
- Keep the bath away from heaters and direct sunlight.
- Check the bath before every use: if you see cracks or damage, do not use it.
Safety essentials
- Never leave your child in the bath without adult supervision — not even for a few seconds and not even in shallow water: there is a risk of drowning.
- Keep your child within arm’s reach at all times during bath time.
- Before placing your child in the water, check its temperature — with the thermometer and with your hand.
- Place the bath only on a flat, stable, non-slip surface; before filling it, make sure it is fully unfolded.
- Do not carry or move the bath while there is water or a child in it.
- Do not add hot water while your child is in the bath.
